This project of the young woman interiorista Ingrid Matheu, it shows us a clear example of how converting an office office into a diaphanous and luminous loft.
A space completely opened in the one that the stays distribute without needs for walls, using for it the different elements that compose it: a couch, a table, a bed, a desktop … A finished project that it includes from the work up to the properties obtaining a very luminous housing and that does not resign from any serviceability.
The identity of the space departs from your studied architecture, which unites elegance, austerity and differentiation. The stays unification converts the housing into a loft of aspect of New York, but with the most elegant contemporary and avant-garde decoration, stamp of identity of the city of a count. A fresh, attractive and young space.
In this housing, every space is a continuation of the previous one, and all of them shape everything. A general spatial concept inside which we find different ambiences. Kitchen, dining room, office and area of television. This is the public area, in which the life develops during the day.
KITCHEN
On having logged in, the first thing that attracts attention is the chromatic austerity. The space is decorated entirely black and white, with some metallized touch, mixes one carried out. So that coldness is not breathed, it has been decided in favor of the laying of a warm soil of clear, dull wood.
The kitchen is the key piece in the decoration of the housing. It represents the global style of the loft, has a modern and industrial aspect, what does that it integrates perfectly with the rest of the decoration. It is finished in a brilliant lacquer, which has the aptitude to reflect, upgrading this way the light, which is the prop concerning which the housing is distributed. It is distributed in two fronts. One with high furniture, and a second, as American bar, which is who delimits the space destined for the kitchen.
DINING ROOM
After this linear second of furniture, the dining room is located. A big table of elaborate lines, surrounded by 6 white chairs, and decorated with 3 white paths of table, which fulfill double function. On the one hand, they contribute luminosity to the dark background on which they are located, for other one, help to upgrade the geometry of the entire space, of rectangular form.
OFFICE
Seguidamente of the dining room, we find the office, which is who does of divider between this one and the lounge. In dividing walls absence, the proper furniture are who fulfill this function to delimit every space.
The office is a limited space, both for the dimensions of the same one, and for the quantity of elements that compose it. Nevertheless, the decorative quality of these pieces does that the small stronghold has an excellent one
leading role in the general calculation of the housing. The chair acts like union hyperlink between the elegance of the content, and the modern architecture of the continent.
In a side street we find shelves that gives service to the office area. The white color that dresses it confuses with the wall identical with the same tone, nevertheless, the attractive laying of each of your shelves, generates a game of lights and shades that it does that the piece acquires volume, getting in touch thus with the rest of the furniture that corresponds to the work area. The table stands out for your agility. The decorative leading role yields to the rest of pieces, contributing the necessary balance between the extra charge and the austerity.
LOUNGE
To another side of the area of office the couch is placed. Squares are processed as three with chaise longue incorporated. Carpeting in an attractive and warm gray color, which extends lightly the palette of the housing. The cushions upholstered in target, they help to contribute light, by means of the contrast that they generate placed between gray tones.
After this big space there is located the private area, the night area. A big room font suite, and a bedroom for guests.
PRINCIPAL ROOM
The room is placed in the opposite end of the housing. It is designed as suite, with bath and built-in dressing-room, although respecting the architecture that dominates the housing, the access to every space, it is carried out from the previous stay.
No surprise as for the color, white, black and gray. The headrest upholstered in black frames the bed, to which dressed completely of target, it makes her shine in the first term of the plane. The rest of the furniture, target, brilliant one and excessively down, upgrades the horizontalidad of the stay.
DRESSING-ROOM AND BATH
In case of the principal room the personal intimacy has looked after more, incorporating some dividing walls to separate hollows, nevertheless, the stays continuity has been supported thanks to the revetment of the soils, which prolongs every stay, interlacing with the following one.
The esthetics also bring us continuity data. The wash-basin with finished black, the dark furniture and the white accessories represent the purest style of the loft, inside the bath. Some silver or brilliant accessories splashed by the whole loft accentuate the functionality and the proper industrial style of this font of housings. In this case, the switches of the light and the radiator towel-rail take charge of it.
GUESTS' ROOM
The guests' room answers entirely in the style of the housing. The light keeps on being the fundamental prop. The principal difference with the suite is the absence of the headrest, which has been replaced with a floral vinyl. An important note of modernity and actuality in the decoration. Every element is separated from the rest by means of its own laying, without dividing walls of for way, continuing this way with the architectural style of the loft.
Here, as in the rest of the housing, the roof has made itself up of a light gray color, which does that the elegant cast frame emphasizes on the color of the wall, simultaneously that it brings him depth to every stay, upgrading the considerable height of the roofs.
DRESSING-ROOM AND BATH
Inside the guests' room we find an area dedicated to dressing-room, in which also there are the wash-basin and the shower, which esthetic harmony does that they integrate perfectly into the bedroom without need to locate them in an attached space.
The furniture of the wash-basin is an extension of the low part of the dressing-room. On him, a geometric white wash-basin, and in the wall an exquisite baroque mirror in finished chromed, that since it was happening with the chair of the office, acts like union hyperlink between the esthetics of the furniture and architecture.
